Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SERP Search API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SERP Search provides an API for retrieving structured search engine results data. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your API keys to third parties
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its APIs, documentation, and branding, is owned by SERP Search. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERP Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
